Log into the GRV Link operator dashboard and go to the "Data Reports" module to view real-time sales data, inventory alerts and revenue analytics in detail.

Check that your network connection is stable and the payment system configuration is correct. For card issues, confirm the card supports the payment method.

You can find it by: 1) logging into your purchase platform account and viewing order details; 2) checking the order confirmation email at your registered email address; 3) if purchased on our official website, logging in and going to "My Orders".

Steps: 1) Download the GRV Link App from the App Store or Google Play; 2) open the app and tap "Register"; 3) enter your phone number, get an SMS verification code and set a password; 4) complete your merchant profile; 5) after successful registration, you can add devices and manage your business.

Steps: 1) ensure the device is powered on and connected to the network; 2) open the GRV Link App and log in with your merchant account; 3) go to "Device Management" and tap "Add Device"; 4) scan the QR code on the device or enter the device ID manually; 5) follow the on-screen prompts to complete binding. Once bound, you can monitor and manage the device remotely.
